I didn’t get here by accident. I got here by choosing to rise — again and again.

My name is Sharon Fulmer, but most people know me as Coach Sharon — a woman who’s lived many chapters. I raised my children young, ran businesses, left what wasn’t serving me, and turned my lived wisdom into a calling to help others rise too.

WHAT I BELIEVE

I believe sometimes you don't need someone to tell you what to do. You need a safe place to say what's really going on, sort through the noise, and figure out what comes next.

That's where I come in.

My approach is simple: Clarity. Direction. Action.
Clarity to understand where you are and how you got here.
Direction to decide where you want to go.
Action to begin moving forward.

WHY I STARTED WORK UR DREAM COACHING

Work Ur Dream is more than a business. It's a reflection of what I've lived, learned, and healed from. My own life has had chapters of starting over, changing direction, rebuilding, and figuring out what came next.

I created Work Ur Dream to be the kind of space I know people sometimes need: a place to talk honestly, get clear about what's happening, and turn that clarity into a direction and a plan.
